We are pleased too say that we do offer both overnight and 2 day shipping options whichever you prefer and both options are each at a flat rated cost…orders shall ship primarily on Mondays and Tuesdays…Although we do recommend overnight/ next day delivery, we still want to provide the option for 2 day shipping at customers preference …

-overnight shipping shall be at a flat rate of 49.99

we can ensure the safest transportation of your live fish/corals using our cooling gel packs (during the summer months) and heat packs (during the winter months) insulated with Styrofoam too maintain temperature control and bubble wrap too prevent any unnecessary movement that may be caused during shipping

*DOA policy*

Although rare but things in life can happen, fish and or any other livestock that you suspect is dead or may be dead on arrival we must have emailed photo with unopened bag of the deceased within 3 hours of arrival of the shipment. We offer a store credit with your next purchase from us that will be used torwards another order in the future.
